Galapagos Diving ("we") is a travel agency run by Samira Saman that helps travelers book Galapagos dive liveaboards and naturalist cruises. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you send us through the trip request form, by email, text, WhatsApp, phone or Instagram: usually your name, email, phone number, travel dates, number of travelers and any details you choose to share (for example dive certification or dietary needs).
• When you book: the details the boat operator needs to confirm your place, such as passport name, date of birth and emergency contact.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, prepare quotes and arrange your trip.
• To pass the details needed for a booking to the boat operator, and if you ask us, to hotels, airlines or transfer companies.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.

• Web3Forms delivers the trip request form to our email inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps it secure and fast.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces on this site; your browser loads them from Google.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add visitor statistics in the future, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to help you and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@galapagosdivingclub.com and we will reply within 30 days.
